Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Arms And Legs

i have joint and bone pain especially on the arms and legs. ihave got lesions on my body for the past 4 years. i take high blood pressure medication co- Aprovel, amlodipine and bisporol. i have had all kinds of tests in the hospital, no HIV, but they saw an almost a negligible amount of protein, they doctor said they will keep an eye on me, nothing to worry about. I have been anaemic for so many years, but now my iron level is low. I have done some xrays, xo many of them, waiting for the test results. My question is this can iron deficiency cause body and joint pain, could the long term high blood pressure medication cause joint and bone pain, and rash over the body and i have unsightly scars over my body
