Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Arms,legs And Back

my husband has developed a low grade fever(started yesterday) along with the back pain and pain in his arms and leg joints. we were in northern Wisconsin for the past week or so(came home two days ago). checked for tick bites but didn t find any. should I consider this as a flu or need to visit our doctor?
