Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Back, Hips And Groin Area

I am a 66 year old female who has had severe pain in my back; hips and groin area for over a year- I have had xrays and an mri-I am now starting to experience urinary incontinence at all times but especially when sleeping-I have also passed a few small blood clots over the past several months- should I be worried? and what type of doctor should I see?

A 66 year old female patient with severe pain in the pelvic area,urinary incontinence and haematuria(blood in urine)requires urgent attention to rule out malignancy.
You need to go for a proper and thorough evaluation to a urologist.
