Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Bladder

My husband has pain in his bladder. So his doctor did a test which showed he spasm at a early stage with only a little bit of water. So the decided to use Botox to slow his bladder down. Well they lowered it to slow and now he is keeping urin in after voiding. At least 30% is still in there. So then they cath him. The last time they did it the nurse had to do it three times to get any urin out. It hurt so bad when she put it in it hurt all the way to his toe. Now 3 days later he is pain all the time doubled over and when he has to pee only a little comes out. So he s still full. We see them tomorrow, what would you surgest?
