Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Chest Area

I ve had this randomly occurring pain in my chest my entire life. It happens maybe once a week to once every few months. Whenever I breathe in I can t take in a full breath because it hurts to inhale past a certain point. They usually last from 10 seconds to 30 sec tops.

As per your history is concerned take FLUROFEN tab 100 mg 3 times a dad with ABIPANTA tab-40 mg once a day .
Local heat to the affected area
Gentle stretching of the pectoralis muscles 2-3 times a day.
Avoid repetitive misuse of muscles.
Modify improper posture or ergonomics of the home or work place.
if above method fails take steroid(prednisone) in rib joints.
