Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Chest

I am having severe pain in the middle of my chest just before my stomach with tons of gas. The pain comes and goes. It has been going on for about 5 days now. I m fine when walking around. Is it just gas pains? Also, hard to swallow at times. Thanks for your help! Callina Hendrickson
