Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Chest

Every now and then I get a pain in my chest, a located on the left side of my ribs toward the area my ribs meet, and deep breaths seem to make the pain worse. It only lasts for a few minutes and does not happen too often, just every once in a great while.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for your query

I would suggest you to get an Xray chest done so as to rule out any pleural effusion or pleuritis. Also get an ECG done as a routine check up. It is better to consult a doctor in your local area for proper physical examination and for any further management.

I hope this helps
Thank you
