Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Groin Area

Hi I m in alot of pain in my groin area going up my left side I ve also noticed walking my dog has been a problem lately as it was not before its a dull acke as I just relax Hut if I get up or do anything active I m in pain some days I m screaming in sever pain. Wat should I do I m in a lot of pain.

Hi,

It could be a musculoskeletal pain or pulled ligaments.
As first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and plan for an MRI scan.
