Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Groin Area

4 days ago I had a uncomfortable pain start in the lower part of my belly just above my groin area. I thought I might be constipated so I took a laxative. it moved up in my belly by the next day and now 1.5 days later my urine has a light pink color and while I urinated earlier today what looked like very small blood clot pieces showed up in the toilet. my urine continues to be slightly pink but I have no pain or stomach discomfort. My stool is normal based on what I am eating

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello,

By your history and description, the possibility of acute gastritis is more likely. So avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Take Pantoprazole and Levosulpiride combination on empty stomach twice daily.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Kaushal Bhavsar, Pulmonologist
