Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Heels

Sir, Nearly a year, I had a strong pain in the heel can t get out of my bed in the morning , instead now I have a cutting like wound in the centre of the sole. The pain is no more but request your kind advice as to how best to get rid of this . Appreciated your kind attention please. mangala

The heel pain you had could have been due to calcaneal spur or plantar fasciitis. However now it has gone, that is fine. The wound in the sole of your feet, did it happen due to trauma, are you a Diabetic?. Please clean and dress the wound with Mupirocin ointment. Try to minimize your walking and give rest to the affected foot till the wound heals completely.
