Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Knee

What should I do, My knee is are killing me? I have several mental issues and one day I beat my knee with a hammer to a point where I couldn t stand on it and ever since then I can t walk short or long distances with out my knee killing me to the point I have to sit down or stop walking, I can t even stand for long periods of time.

Hi,

You have injured your knee ligament or menisci probably by forceful blunt trauma.

You need to investigate with a digital x-ray of the knee joint to look for any injury if present.

If needed MRI also can be planned.

If needed brace can be applied.

I suggest you consult orthopedic surgeon for detailed evaluation.
