Hello doctor its Ziaul Haque from Qatar, for the last 3days I cannot lift up my left hand completely without pain, I feel that there might be stretch in the vein below my arms. Sometimes I felt that it is running from hand to leg. Please suggest me the diagnostic & proper treatment. thanks
Unable to lift of arm may be due to muscle spasm (the muscle that lifts shoulder) It may be due to bursitis (supraspinatus) or cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it.
Use cold and warm compression. Use NSAIDs if pain killer medication.
If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
