Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Left Shoulder Blade Area

I ve had back surgery years ago by a Dr that is no longer a Dr in USA. But recently I ve started having pain in left shoulder blade area. It comes on fairly fast an gets almost unbearable. I have to take strong pain med. and heat moist heat pack in microwave. This is new!

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan.
