Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Neck

Felt like I slept wrong yesterday and had pain in left side of neck. But it s got so much worse and I feel pulsating down there now and shooting pains Feel like when I m upright the pain excruciating but laying flat it s not as bad Could it be any internal bleeding

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
The severe pain in the neck can be because of the spasm of the neck muscles resulting in torticolis secondary to abnormal sleeping posture. Nothing to be panic, consult a general physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of analgesic with muscle relaxant like ibuprofen and chlorzoxazone respectively. You can give hot fomentation over the muscles.
