Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Ovaries

hi i ahev just been sent home from hospital was ruches in with really bad lower pains in right hand side had scan done and my right overy is large they could not see a cict but said it could be round the other side. Sent me home today and i have yellow thick discharge in my knickers i am not happy as had the pains for nearly a year now shall i go back inn??
