Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Palm Of The Hands

dear doctor.. hi i am writing this for my wife 52yrs. she is having very bad pain in both palms..similiar to neuropathy. doctors teliing it is fibre neuoropathy.they precscribed lyrica. but she sleep when taking this. otherwise 3yrs now there no improvement.is there any kind of therapy /medicine available to cure this. thanks rajuthomas 0000

As per your history is concerned she has pain in both palm and palm pain is due to many pathological causes so first ruled out reumotoid arthritis by doing RA/ASO test secondly ruled out carpal tunnel syndrome by doing this clinical test.Tell her to do her hand in reverse (PRANAM) for one minute.If any pain and swelling appear then test is positive.finaly give her vitamin b12 injection 3 times a week for one month and then once in a month for peripheral neurites check her sugar and blood DC.(Thanks)
