Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Pelvic Area During Menstruation

I am on day three of my period. Last night I had severe pain (not cramps) and extremely tender to touch pain in my lower right pelvic area. It made me feel like I was going to be sick and maybe pass out... I put a heating pad on it and it went away within an hour... still a little tender to touch but much bettter

Dear friend, Greetings from HCM. I understand your problem. You take Tab. Meftal spas after food once or maximum twice after food. But do note take too many . Avoid spicy food, diary products. Take more of green leafy vegetables and fruits . You should be alright in a day or two. Thank you and do contact us for more information.
