Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Rectum

I have severe pain in my rectum area, any bowel movements or gas and it s excruciating. Feels like a constant contraction & it feels like I constantly have to poo. I miscarried 3 nights ago & I ve had recurrent miscarriages (4). I ve never had pain like this before, it lasted 7 hours straight yesterday. What could be causing this pain? And what can I do or take to help with the pain?

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to internal hemorrhoids.

I suggest using a spasmolytic such as Buscopan.

I also suggest using daily probiotics.

I recommend using anti hemorrhoid cream for local application such as Preparation H.
