I HAVE TERRIBLE SHOOTING PAIN O RIGHT ARM SHOULDER SICE THURSDAY TOOK 6 TYNELOL DIDN'T HELP TOOK ADVIL 6 ON FRIDAY AND SAT NO HELP APPOINTMENT WITH PCP MON 11 CAN U TELL ME WHY I CAN'T EVEN LIFT THE ARM I CAN MOVE HAND BUT CAN'T MOVE ARM SHOOTING PAIN CAN'T EVEN SLEEP

Hi i do care for your concern.
You have not mentioned your age.
as nerve compression is common in forty plus age, it is advisable to check for the same.
In case of muscle pull also you will experience similar symptoms.
It is advisable to have pain killer such as diclofenac alng with antacid for time being.
consult your physician and evaluate the same.
