Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Shoulder Blade Area
I had been eating breakfast when suddenly a pain started in my right shoulder blade.my right arm was hard to raise. Breathing a deep breath really hurts it too. I ve got my hubby to rub my back with no results. I ve laid on the floor and no change. It s not muscular I m sure. Just on right side....

Shoulder pain that starts abruptly and that is worse on movement and breathing is typical of muscular pain. You may need to take paracetamol and ibuprofen to help with the symptoms.
If it is not better in a day or two or you notice any worsening you will need to have a check with your doctor.
