Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Shoulder Blades

I have a bad case of arthritiesi lower back left shoulder right handand I am on my feet for awhile like cutting my grass etc, I get pain in back between shoulders blades i terrific, feels like a cramp, won,t go away till I sit or lay for long periods of time

@ Definitely relieving guidelines for you :
# apply local analgesic spray containing Diclofenac with methyl salicylate
giving instantaneous relief of acute pain of all types .
# alternate application of ice for 10 minutes followed by lukewarm water
with added salt fomentation for 10 minutes every 4 hourly .
# lavender oil 2 ml gentle application over the affected area slowly with
gentle application work as aroma therapy .
# systemic molecules as tramadol hydrochloride with acetaminophen give
fantastic results to be taken 12 hourly with omeprazole .
# consult later if pain is there .
