Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Shoulders And Back

I have severe pain in my shoulders and my back. It only gets worse. I am a piano student, meaning I have to practice, but sometimes the shoulder pain gets so bad during/after practice that I can barely move my head sideways. Any suggestions on how to release the pain?

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to myalgia or inflammation of the muscles.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

I also recommend using an anti-inflammatory cream for local application such as Voltaren cream.
