I have a right shoulder injury that my orthopedic surgeon is waiting a pre-authorization for my insurance to operate unfortunately today after his office had closed I slipped at the gym and caught myself with that arm and enjoyed it even more I am in severe pain what do I do

Options include anti-inflammatory medications, corticosteroid injections, and physical therapy.

If the pain is severe or persistent, your doctor may suggest surgery to remove the deposits.

Adhesive capsulitis. Frozen shoulder can occur after a rotator cuff impingement, a tendon tear, or even minor injury.
