Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Shoulders Post Taking A Cortisone Shot

I m having pain in my shoulder, specially when I lift my arm outward. I have to help it with my left hand to raise it up. I have no known injury, although I play golf. Three years ago I had the same problem but I got cortisone injections, do you think it s recurring again? Thanks
