Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Thumbs

hello sir, this is mamta from west bengal. i am 28 yrs old married lady. i have two children aged 7 yrs and 4 yrs. sir from the last few months i have faced a typical pain in my left and right hand thumb. for that i have taken some medications and others for releif, but all are not benifited to me. sir please suggest me, what i have to do?
