Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain On The Right Side Of Abdomen

After several days of walking while sightseeing, I awakened to severe lower right side pain. I also can get these pains after a day of work which involves standing on my feet. The pain is so severe I am unable to stand upright. Is this related to a prolapsed bladder?

Hi welcome to health care magic...

You are having right sided abdominal pain...

So this could be from colitis, diverticulitis or from appendicitis...

For this first do work up with USG abdomen and examination for tenderness to rule out exact cause....

According to cause further treatment can be given...

You will need suitable antibiotic to treat above cause... Like ciprofloxacin..
For diverticulitis additional laxative like ispghula husk with milk can be prescribed....

Drink more water. ...
Fruits taken more and fried food less...
