Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain On The Right Side Of The Buttocks

At times I wake up to a pain/ ache in right side of my buttocks coming from the rectal area. This typically occurs when I m laying down and sleeping. I s uncomfortable enough to wake me. Only on 1 occasion did this occur during the day time when I d been up and moving around.

It can be fissure or fistula. Get it examined by surgeon for examination and diagnosis. Sitz bath can be taken. Apply proctosedyl ointment per anum and take cremafin at bed time. Take bland diet and avoid fast food.
