Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain Under The Chest While Sneezing

What is it called when I have pain under my chest when I laugh sneeze cough or bend or breath in or lift my arms up on my left side it hurts really bad I went to er they said musclarskelatol chest pain but only prescribed me ibuprofen and that do not work

I can understand your situation and problem.
You are having typical pleuritic pain.
It can mostly due to pleurisy (inflammation of pleura).
Most common cause for pleurisy is lung infection.
Lung infection can be seen after upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) like cold.
So we need to first rule out lung infection in your case.
So get done chest x ray.
If chest x ray is normal than no need to worry for lung infection. Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
Ibuprofen is anti inflammatory.
You will definitely improve with combination of painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Also apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Avoid movements causing pain.
Don't worry, you will be alright in 1-2 weeks.
But better to first rule out lung infection.
