Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain Under The Sternum

I have severe pain under my sternum severe daily acid reflux I take metoclopramide 10 mg one every six here. As needed doesn t help took medium in the past it worked great but was told I shouldn t take it every day. I m a 59 he. Old female with high blood pressure starting to lose allot of sleep over this any recommendations? Help

I really appreciate your concern, chances of acid reflux is very likely and this can be well treated with, "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day for four weeks, avoid coffee, smoking, alcohol, prior to bed, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
