Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain When Diagnosed With Disc Herniations In L4-L5

Hello, 24 year old female diagnosed with disc herniations in L4-L5 and S1. I have been dealing with this for 10 years but recently have had much more serious pain. I have been to the ER twice in the last month and I am currently waiting for an appointment with the neurosurgery department at Mass General. I was rubbing my lower back today when I felt what seemed like an air bubble. There are a couple different spots like this. First I ask, what is this! Second, is this something I need to be concerned about? Thanks in advance!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such air bubble feeling could be due to soft tissue inflammation, in my opinion such area should not be disturb, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
