Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain When Diagnosed With Hemorrhoids

I have a few hemorrhoids. Nothing too bothersome or severe. Had a bowel movement the other day and was constipated. Felt as though I strained too much. No bleeding, but been painful ever since. Is there an over the counter medicine that you recommended? Preparation H seems to take away the itching, but it is still painful. Can t sit or stand for too long. Seems to make it worse. Could it be an anal fissure instead? Thank you for your time!

thanks for posting your query to hcm .as I understand it could be because of development of anal fissure . In paerson with hard stoolor chronic constipation it is common . Ointment containng Nitroglycerrin are usful to treat it medically otherwise surgery is treatment .you should take laxative and stool softener it will relieve your pain and prevent further damage .
