Suggest Treatment For Severe Panic And Anxiety Attacks
I have very bad panic and anxiety attacks just thinking about taking a test or if someone comes into my private space without asking. The thought of having to take a test puts me into a panic. Even taking the written driving test gave me 2 panic attacks while taking the test. I am going to real estate school and find it difficult to think or understand what I am reading because the thought of there being a test at the end of each week has me panicked the entire time and my brain just shuts down.
People with panic disorder have sudden and repeated attacks of fear that last for several minutes. Sometimes symptoms may last longer. These are called panic attacks. Panic attacks are characterized by a fear of disaster or of losing control even when there is no real danger. Advice 1. Clonazepam 0.25 mg daily at bed time per oral for 1 month 2. Paroxetine 20 mg daily per oral in the morning for 1 month 3. Discuss with your family about your problem 4. Do not stay alone, be with your family/spouse 5. Try to repeatedly expose with the situation which predisposes a panic attack. It will make you adaptable to the situation and will not cause further panic attack Thanks
