Suggest Treatment For Severe Pelvic Pain

I have been having pain that started in my pelvic area. Now it has continued up to my stomach. I was constipated for several days, but that has been resolved. When I eat something now I feel extremely bloated, and end up throwing up. The pain runs from my stomach down to my pelvic area, and feels like my stomach and intestines are being stabbed and twisted around a knife.

Welcome at HCM
I appreciate your health concerns..
You need to be examined clinically by your physician.
There is need to get the FBC with ESR, LFTs, RFTs along with the ultrasound scan of the abdomen and pelvis. After then we will be able to proceed.
Stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain.
Meet your attending physician.
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan
