Suggest Treatment For Severe Pelvic Pain

I have pelvic pains that started while i was pregnant with my 2nd born last year. My baby is now going for 6 months yet the pain is still there to an extent that it's difficult to stand up from sitting. How long will it continue and is there something I can take for it.
