Suggest Treatment For Severe Pelvic Pain

Im having terrible pain in my pelvic region and my breasts are really sore and swelled I also am having so bleeding that is not like when i get my period it has been either really light and pink or kinda dark brown in color. It also hurts when I have sex and I was just wondering what could cause this?
