Suggest Treatment For Severe Pelvic Pain

For three days I've had severe pain above my pelvic bone. It feels like labor pains. I am just getting over an UTI (but this is not related)as I've had this pelvic pain on and off for 2 years. I've had blood (veiny) in stools for 2 months as well? I'm wondering if I should go to E.R.? It is Saturday. Would rather wait till monday to go to Dr. even though I don't know who I should even see first?! I have a scheduled colonaspy (sp??) scheduled for 2 weeks from now....just scared and don't no what to do. I have no fever or on going bleeding...just pain. thank you
