Suggest Treatment For Severe Persistent Anxiety
I have suffered from severe panic attacks and anxiety for about 8 years. I have been on multiple medication that seem to help for a couple of months and then my anxiety is back and most of the time even worse. I have been through some stuff that I believe has caused PTSD but Im not sure. How do I know if this is more than just severe anxiety?

you should take counselling from a psychiatrist ,,I suppose a modified electro convulsive therapy sittings will help .
