Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Severe preeclampsia is associated with swelling of legs and genital are due to the pathology associated.
This swelling will gradually decrease with time as the blood pressure will come under control and you are given proper medications.
Sometimes, it gets completely resolved only after delivery.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
