Suggest Treatment For Severe Pressure In My Head, Hearing Loss, Tinnitus, Nausea Vomiting And Dizziness

I am adult 49 female im having severe pressure in my head pain sometime have to use cane so I don t fall this started 3 months ago they done all kinds of tests one mri w/con showed I have a 3 cm arachnoid cyst posterior fossa they are trying to tell me that its not causing my problems I think their wrong I have hearing loss humming in my ears so much pressure from ear to ear in my head , peralisis in my neck and jaw nd head except my I eye occurring at least once a day nowvomiting incontinence nausea when I have they lighthead dizzy spells
