Suggest Treatment For Severe Pressure In The Head

In just the last week and 1/2 I have been having extreme pressure in my head when I exert during exercise. I have been exercising many decades and this has never happened before. I did see my chiropractor for a neck adjustment. I donated blood earlier this week and the vitals they check were all good.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to high blood pressure due to exercise.

I would recommend measuring regularly the blood pressure to maintain it under control.

I also recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as acetaminophen in case of pressure in the head.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
