I am a 30 y/o F,I have a history of PCOS and have not had a menstrual cycle since 9/26 of this year, I have taken a pregnancy test already and am currently having severe pain in my lower left quadrant in the area of my ovary, with the pain radiating to my hip and down my leg I ve had similar pain before in my ovary but never this severe or radiating, it was always before my menstrual cycle started, do you think I should go to my doctor or wait it out?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the pain that is you have may not be due to ovarian disease but this could be colicky pain, certain conditions are there and this need to be ruled out, first is urinary tract infection along with stone, and for that get done the x-ray study of lower abdomen and second is urine analysis, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
