Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe redness in the eyes. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like exposure to the sun , dust , allergic reactions , blepharitis , conjunctivitis , uveitis or increase in eye pressure . I would suggest you to consult eye specialist immediately for proper examination if these symptoms last longer than two days , experience changes in your vision or pain in your eye. Doctor may check occular pressure . Doctor may prescribe anti inflammatory eye drops along with antibiotics . For now wash your eyes with cold water , protect them fron dust and direct sun light .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
