Suggest Treatment For Severe Ribs Pain

i have pain that goes down both of my ribs. i also just spent 19 days in the hospital for c diff. Also, my poop is black and when I wipe there is blood. i also had a deathly low sodium level that took almost 10 days to fix, and pancreatitis. what do i do?

Hi,

The rib pain could be due to lost electrolytes in diarrhoea fluid. You can investigate with stool culture report if diarrhoea still continues.

For pancreatitis Symptomatic management should be done. Antibiotic course and the anti-inflammatory drug prescribed in such cases.

It's advisable to take a low-fat diet. If pancreatitis is severe than feeding tube needs to be inserted to give feeding.

You should consult a gastroenterologist for a detailed evaluation and follow the advice.
