Suggest Treatment For Severe Right Groin Pain

hello- I am a 50 yr old woman premenopausal. recently had severe right groin pain and bright red bleeding. went to my gyn and had a transvaginal sono- revealing a complex ovarian cyst approx. 2.4 cm ovarian cyst and a CA 125 of 34. I have no prior history of female problems and no familiar problems of cancer in my family. at this point - I would like to have a TAH/BSO. are there any real concerns at this point? I have not had any further testing.

Hello,

An infection would do that . Please get an examination with an obgyn . Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Harshita
