Suggest Treatment For Severe Scalp Hair Loss

My wife is suffering sever scalp hair loss .But her routine test and hormonal test is within normal limit except USG of Lower Abdomen (mildly enlarges both ovaries:PCOS).She already 2 months used Xenogrow/Splendora (Minoxidil spray) and took multi-vitamin & Zinc.But no satisfactory result Dr. Md. Hi,

PCOD is a known cause of hair loss. I would recommend you to continue with minoxidil as it will take 4-5 months to show significant results. Also take anti androgen like tablet Spironolactone. Consult an endocrinologist and start treatment for PCOD.
