Suggest Treatment For Severe Scrotal Itching

Hi there...a week ago some itching started on my scrotum. It got bad in a few days and itching became uncontrollable..so i took a bath and applied some dettol antiseptic (liquid) on my scrotum..it burnt like hell..now a lot of the itching has stopped but i burnt my scrotum skin..it has become red and dry.. it burns when i try to move it over... it s too dry most of the time and skin s skin has started to come off...i mean only when i try to remive it....PLEASE help me.... I m scared.

Hi,

You need not worry. I will definitely help you in best possible way. If you can upload me a photograph I will be able to tell you more accurately. In my opinion you should take anti allergic drug like Fexofenadine or Levocetirizine for itching. Use clotimazole powder for local application. Use antiseptic ointment like Mupirocin or Soframycin after proper cleaning with soap and water and keep it clean and moisturised.
