Suggest Treatment For Severe Seizure

my son is 37 and had seizures since he was 15 99% occur when he is in the sun--before he has one,he cannot communicate well with anyone if he is outside,but if you take him back inside he is ok--could this be an eye problem--not a so called seizure problem and what can we do!!!!!!! ekg shows normal and eye neurologist say he is normal thanks

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your son's experience with confusion when exposed to sun and gets better when taken inside I will suggest he has developed a Meningitis with photophobia (resistant to light)

In view of this please give him the following Syrup zinnat phernegan and if you can get him a sun glass to put on when exposed to outside
