Suggest Treatment For Severe Shoulder Pain After An Accident

I fell a couple wks ago, catching myself on my hands and knees, no scrapes or bruises but my shoulders hurt BADLY. X-ray revealed no breaks. Was given flexeril and an NSAID. Shoulders still hurt, left more so than right but pain is still there. MRI scheduled in 5 days

hi...as you say xray is normal..
but muscles , ligaments and joint soft tissue injury cant seen in xray..
so go with MRI SCAN examination...if pain is not relieved in few days..
