Suggest Treatment For Severe Shoulder Pain

I am having a minor shoulder pain while playing badminton or I can say usually while smashing the shuttle cock. I also had an x-ray of my right shoulder but all things are normal. What can I do? Please advise as badminton is my life, I love this game a lot.
