Suggest Treatment For Severe Skin Hives All Over The Body

My 16 yr daughter experiencing hives/rash started @ 5 pm...gave her 2 benedryl went to bed around 10 with relief to the Benadryl but just woke and had rash and hive full body truck to neck ...legs arms...just gave 2 more Benadryl 20 mins ago...no major relief yet. Can not determine cause but this round or reaction worse than at 5 pm

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....

As per your complain it seems it seems that she is having a severe allergic reaction to either any food or medicine or any bug/insect bite or any other allergen..
You should immediately consult an Emergency room and get her evaluated and they can give her injectable anti-allergics like benadryl or phenargan and steroids for immediate relief..
Intravenous fluids can also be given to her..
Checking her vitals and giving respiratory support in case if needed can be given..
Once she becomes stable and reaction subsides she can be given Oral anti allergics..
An allergic test like RAST test, food challenge test or Patch test can be done to rule out the exact cause of the reaction and avoiding exposure to allergen can help..
An immunotherapy can also be given to reduce the severity of allergic reaction if it occurs in future..
